Environment and Ecology
We have recently received the “Green Key” label which is attributed to organisations that have
decided to place special attention on environmental issues. Within the framework of this label
we have put several policies into place :
• For several years we have decided to put into place the selective sorting of household waste (glass, household refuse and plastic / cardboard)
• Since last year we have prohibited the wearing of shorts and T-shirts in the pools, as shorts consume ten times as much water and twice the quantity of chlorinated products. We therefore thank you for remembering to bring a swimming suit!
• For our animal friends we also distribute free of charge dog mess bags at reception.
• We have cut back some of the vegetation to give you a lake view.
• Last year we invested in an electric utility vehicle.
• Our sink / shower areas have been numbered so as to rapidly identify them and inform us in case of leaks
• This year we are using single use biodegradable trays for takeaway meals.
• All the rented areas are fitted with advice cards so as to help you participate in economising energy.
• A customer satisfaction survey with a section devoted to environmental issues will be given to you upon your arrival and we thank you for filling it in so that we can take your observations into account.
• Inside the camping area we encourage moving about on foot or on bicycle so as to limit the use of cars
• We offer only the rental of electric boats and pedal-boats in the water sports area.
Thank you for following these recommendations. In this way you participate in the “Green Key” programme and contribute to keeping this site protected and preserved
